- The offering is made quickly in a manner that does not require extensive and expensive filings with regulators.
- Our investors meet all applicable tax and securities requirements and are eager to invest in private REITs.
Administrative Services
- Once the REIT has the minimum 100 shareholders, we eliminate the burden of maintaining the shareholder base.
- We create and maintain all shareholder records to meet necessary compliance and reporting requirements.
- We facilitate the issuance of annual dividend checks to each preferred shareholder.
- We prepare and file 1099’s in a timely manner, according to IRS regulations.
- We track ownership changes as the transfer agent and coordinate with the REIT on the issuance of new shares.
